European Based Deal Alerts
Tracey Burtch
Hi Kristel. Thanks so much for the suggestion. We do occasionally send "nerd alerts" which include premium cabin routes wholly outside the U.S. & Canada. However, our typical deals originate from Canada and the U.S. Feel free to email us at help@thriftytraveler.com if there's anything else we can do to help!

Tracey Burtch Yes i love them. I wish they were as frequenet as the ones from US/CA
Is this something on your radar, or do you know of any other service in the EU that provides this?
Tracey Burtch
Kristel Diane Pintor So glad you're enjoying the nerd alerts! At this time, we don't have plans to expand to flights originating from the EU. However, if you receive our hotel alerts, we do send properties from all over the world!
The only potential service I'm aware of is Jack's Flight Club (https://jacksflightclub.com/uk-sf). However, they're based in the UK and I'm unsure if they cover other parts of Europe.
Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with!

Tracey Burtch I commend you for being unselfish enough to mention a competitor… I just gotta say as a paying subscriber of both TT and JFC, I find Thrifty Traveler to be WAAAY better at cutting through the fluff and keeping emails concise with just enough information about the deal and not too much wasted space or words! You do a great job at TT! Just as input from what I’ve seen from JFC, yes they have lots of deals from UK and Ireland; sometimes from CDG, BER, HAM, BRU, even LUX and possibly other cities in Europe. They seem to take it upon themselves to suggest new destinations you never thought of visiting based on where the deals are, which is indeed a good idea especially as some places are overtouristed… but they also seem to think that everyone is a leisure traveler which is not the case for every subscriber. Overall, I value keeping both subscriptions because TT is by far the best with sending award availability (including Nerd Alerts); and I want to know about what fares are looking like in all sorts of places around the globe, especially as I help my other expat friends make travel plans for various itineraries that may not even touch the USA, or may originate in foreign countries.
